Our in-house nutritionist—Bri Clancy Olins—shares her favourite recipe for an antioxidant-rich juice that will help you alkalise, detoxify, and stay hydrated on our special, 14-day detox program!
The importance of diet and nutrition when you detox
Diet and nutrition are the cornerstone of a good detox plan. What we consume while detoxing plays a huge role in the way we actually detox the liver, how we excrete what we detox, and how it ends up impacting our mood and energy levels.
Using nutritional medicine, we will target the specific detoxification pathways in the liver and support your body overall while you go through the process.
As part of your detox package, you will receive a two-week meal plan tailored to your personal needs, that will nourish and support your body and detoxification pathways.
Your meal plan will include no-nonsense, easy-to-prepare meals that aim to satisfy, while also playing an imperative part in the detoxification process.
We may also prescribe high quality, prescription-only supplements to further help your body detoxify.
