Try this refreshing beetroot juice blend for conquering constipation.
½ a medium beetroot (this supports liver detoxification)
½ a green apple
2 peeled kiwi fruits (high fibre, low sugar)
1 cup spinach
¼ lemon or lime (alkalising)
1-2 teaspoons flax or chia seeds (high fibre)
Small piece of ginger or turmeric (optional) (anti-inflammatory)
Blend all of the ingredients together, and drink first thing in the morning! Make it a regular thing!
PS. don’t panic, the beetroot may make your poo look a bit redder than usual.
