Jalapeño & Broccoli Bone Broth Soup

An alternative to your daily, green smoothie, you’ll love how easy this soup is to make! It’s gut friendly, high in fibre, and nutrient dense. What’s not to love about a simple, nutritious soup?


1 clove minced Garlic

1 small Onion, diced

750ml Bone Broth (available at Brisbane Naturopaths)

1 cup Broccoli florets

¼ cup Snow Peas

½ cup Cabbage

1- tablespoons chopped Parsley

2-4 Jalapenos (to your liking)

Dulse flakes to sprinkle on top (optional)


Sautée the garlic and onion in the bone broth.

Then add broccoli, snow peas, cabbage, parsley, and jalapeños.

Cook them in a little more bone broth until the veggies are nice and soft.

Season it to your taste, and then puree until smooth!

Serve with a sprinkling of dulse flakes for added nutrients.
