Go Organic Green Juice

  •  1 Celery sticks
  •  ½ Cucumber
  •  1 green apple
  •  1 small piece ginger
  •  1 small piece turmeric
  •  ½ Lime, peeled
  •   ½ ripe Avocado
  •  6 kale leaves
  •  Ice cubes


  1.  Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth
  2.  Pour into a chilled glass and drink immediately
  3.  Serve with a wedge of lime


  •   2 cups Parsley, chopped
  •  ¼ cup fresh mint, chopped
  •  6 Kale leaves…break into bite sized pieces
  •  2 large Tomatoes, diced
  •  1 Red Onion, diced
  •  1 Cucumber, peeled and diced
  •  2 garlic cloves, crushed
  •  1 tablespoon olive oil
  •  1 Lemon, juiced
  •  1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  •  2 tablespoons pepita nuts


  1.  Combine and mix well all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
  2.  Eat as a side accompaniment with grilled white fish, or into a wrap with some tahini sauce.
