- Handful of kale
- Stick celery
- Piece of cucumber
- half a green apple
- Few squeezes of lime or lemon
- Piece of fresh ginger
- Fresh red chilli (it’s thermogenic for weight loss) to taste. We like it spicy!
- Piece of fresh turmeric
- Handful of almonds
- Fresh mint
- Coconut water (if you like a thinner consistency)
