BNWC Recipe – Immune Boosting, Super Green Juice

We love the nutrients you can get first thing in the morning with a good, green juice.
If you’re time poor, power up your day with this alkalising, liver-detoxifying, anti-inflammatory, immune-boosting, fibrous juice.
Blend it all together and down, down, down, drink all that green goodness!
  • Handful of kale
  • Stick celery
  • Piece of cucumber
  • half a green apple
  • Few squeezes of lime or lemon
  • Piece of fresh ginger
  • Fresh red chilli (it’s thermogenic for weight loss) to taste. We like it spicy!
  • Piece of fresh turmeric 
  • Handful of almonds
  • Fresh mint
  • Coconut water (if you like a thinner consistency)
  • 1/2 banana ( if you have a sweet tooth)
  • Ice
